I’m Bev 64 years young, I have 4 children, 2 home grown, a son and a daughter, 7 grandchildren and 2 in care daughters.

My work includes being a long term Foster Carer for children born with disabilities along with being a Registered Nurse and Midwife this has assisted me greatly to care for others, I am also qualified in Counselling and Family Therapy.

I became a Consultant and commenced my own home based business for health and nutrition after a HUGE health scare a few years ago, I had become so desperate and prepared to have my bowel removed to get relief from chronic pain and debilitation.

I realized the foods we eat DO NOT contain the nutrients that our cells require to defend, protect and repair our bodies. Food processing, genetic modification, slash harvesting, chemical and preservative additives have all contributed to deterioration in nutrient values in our modern-day diet

I KNOW it is essential to maintain our health and wellbeing our bodies require all natural, real food nutrients with contain NO artifical preservatives or chemicals.

Taking these nutrients have changed my life

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
